She then spent a year working in engineering consultancy before returning to University to work as a Research Associate at Cambridge University. This led to a job at the Highways Agency, where she worked to develop policy and standards in areas including asset management and safety risk management. This generated an increasing interest in the subject of risk, which prompted another return to university - this time to complete an MSc in Risk Management at Southampton University. Victoria joined Risk Solutions in 2004 to further develop her interest in risk. Since joining Risk Solutions she has worked for a range of clients, including London Underground, DWP, Defra, HSE, DVLA and more recently, the Highways Agency. When she is not working, Victoria spends most of her time walking and looking after her two dogs. |
