Risk Solutions Management Buy OutOn 24 November 2006, we completed a Management and Employee Buy-Out (MEBO) of Risk Solutions from Coller Industries Partners Incorporated, which had purchased the company from AEA Technology a year earlier. All of Risk Solutions’ employees were offered the opportunity to contribute to the MEBO and everyone took this up - indicating our team's confidence in the business. The MEBO means that our team now has a long term stake in the success of the business and it eliminates any uncertainty about future ownership, thereby enabling us to focus on growing the business and improving our services. Risk Solutions' management team was supported through the buy out by Brabners Chaffe Street and Mitchell Charlesworth. |
